I’m very pleased. Quality construction with an all rubber bottom that “grips” surfaces nicely without slipping. Although this is sold as an outside doormat, I use it as an indoor door mat that will catch the bits of mud, and snow before it’s tracked into the house. The carpet-like fiber has a good strong texture that will loosen the bits and hold them. The bottom is solid rubber so it whatever wetness it captures will not leak through to the floor beneath.It arrives rolled up tightly, like a tube… not folded… so there are no creases. However, the inside edge is curled. This will uncurl and lay flat after 24 hours. I’d recommend letting it relax somewhere OTHER than its final place of use so that you don’t trip over it.If you are using it outside, you will not notice the smell of the rubber. If you’re using it inside, for a short period, your entry-way will smell like a new-tire showroom at the auto-parts store. This mild scent fades in a short time.In the short time I’ve been using this, I have used a stick-type vacuum cleaner to pick up pet hair and bits from the doormat surface. But because the treads (pattern) are so deep, the vacuum can’t get everything. The treads are actually doing what they’re supposed to do by holding onto the dirt. This can be more easily cleaned by taking it outside and giving it a good shake… or simply laying it flat and washing it with a powerful jet of water from the garden hose (hang to dry).Overall, I’m very pleased.

This is a really good door mat. I chose it for the back entry way into the mud room. While I could have gone a bit larger I will say this door mat works so well. First, the mat stays in place. Second, the mat cleans easily! 3rd, this is a low profile mat that does not get in the way of doors. I would buy this door mat again. I am using the door mat inside my garage to wipe my shoes before entering my home. I don’t think I would recommend the rug for much more than that. The doormat itself is like a carpet material similar to a cheap rough carpet. This is great for wiping your shoes from light debris, but would soak water if placed outside in the elements. The back is rubber to avoid excessive moisture, but the carpet-like top would absorb water easily. The color and pattern of the entrance mat are accurate to the listing’s description. I am content with the mat, but at this moment, I doubt I would order it a second time. I have been testing the rug for about a week as of writing this review and it’s holding up.

I am using this mat at the entrance to our enclosed porch…a porch that sees a lot of mud from people and the dog, leaves and other dirt brought in on boots and work shoes. It’s a thick mat (comes rolled up tight, I hung it over the arm of a chair to straighten it out) and catches the dirt nicely. I just pick it up and shake it out when it’s dirty. I’ve had some mats not last through the rough northeast winters: I am confident this one will make it through several.

This one has been excellent for us! We have quite a bit of rain this time of year and the main trouble with the kids is tracking in wet footprints! ; I have been very pleased with how well this keeps up with drying off shoes and keeping our entry way clean and dry! – Comes rolled up so I did have to place some heavier items on the corners to help it flatten out quickly (and well as bending the corners and edges the opposite way a bit) – Looks great and seems quite durable so I hope to have it performing well for a long time to come! 9.9/10 a win for us!

I picked up this OLANLY doormat for my the side door & it’s been solid so far. It’s heavy enough that it doesn’t slide around, & it actually catches dirt & water like it should. The beige color looks good & the door opens right over it with no problem. When it first came out of the box it had kind of a funny rubber smell, but after sitting outside for a few days it went away. Easy to clean too, just shake it off or hose it down and it’s good to go. Overall, nice looking mat that does the job and holds up well.
